The location is very convenient with the basilica, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. the staff is friendly and the lunch served at the hotel is delicious. the rooms have old furniture and a bad smell, but the beds are comfortable. the bathroom, unfortunately, had a lot of hair and was not properly cleaned. the breakfast options are not recommended, with low-quality sausage and watery coffee. after a discussion, they did provide scrambled eggs with bacon, although they were poorly cooked.
The hotel attracts noisy groups, which can disrupt the peace and tranquility of the stay.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the central location of this hotel. It was conveniently located near various shops and restaurants that were easily accessible. Another advantage was the friendly staff, who were warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease during my stay. the cozy atmosphere of the common areas made me feel right at home.
The old and unkempt room decor. the bed felt lumpy and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was dirty and not properly maintained.

My Christmas stay here was decent. Despite the noise in the room, I appreciated the cheap price of the hotel. The breakfast was satisfying and the location was very convenient. It was just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in the area. Plus, they offered a shuttle service to the nearby attractions.
The room equipment was outdated and the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and the shower was blocked by hair.
